Fees

Members of Harrinton Court perform private and publicly-funded work, with rates pre-determined for publicly-funded cases.

For private cases, rates are subject to negotiation and will depend on such factors as:

- Seniority of Counsel
- Complexity of matter
- Sum / matter at stake
- Time involved for preparation and attending Court as appropriate.

Rates range from approximately £150 per hour for junior members to £450 per hour for senior members called to prepare work on more complex matters.
